IBK – Cooling Water Hose Type Voltocul
Description
- Dielectric rubber hose specifically engineered for the protection and demineralised water cooling of electrical feeder cables for industrial furnaces
- Normally used in foundries, steel mills and glass industry
- Self-extinguishing cover according to ASTM C 542
- The glass fiber cover protects the rubber hose from splashes of incandescent material and radiation heat up to max. of +500°C

- NR, black, resistant to abrasion, smooth, dielectric strength > 5000 V/mm
Reinforcement
- Plies of high strength synthetic textile
Cover
- Dielectric CR rubber, white, smooth, self-extinguishing, covered with vulcanized glass fiber, clear color
–> Alternative 1: Without glass fiber, dielectric CR rubber, smooth, cloth finish, self-extinguishing, resistant to ozone, weather and oil contact
–> Alternative 2: With vulcanized glass fiber, covered with dielectric CR rubber, black, smooth, cloth finish, self-extinguishing, resistant to ozone, weather and oil contact
Temperature resistance media
- From – 40°C up to + 90°C
