Description
- High-temperature resistant hose for the reliable and safe use at the transportation of hot steam pure saturated steam
- Application places are the chemical and petrochemical Industry, refineries, building and construction trades, market garden, shipping and other demanding industries
- Reinforcement: excellent resistant to coorosion by using 2 galvanized reinforcements
- Optimized life time
- Meets the standards DIN EN ISO 6134
Tube
- EPDM, black, smooth, non-porous, resistant to abrasion and high temperature (Steam, Water, etc.)
- Resistant to Pop-Corning
Cover
- EPDM, antistatic (R < 10^6 Ω), resistant to abrasion, UV radiation, ozone and weather
Temperature resistance media
- Resistant to saturated steam up to + 210°C, for a short time + 220°C at 23 bar (Attention: too heated steam leads to a considerable shortenning of the life time)
Safety Factor
- Safety Factor 10:1, Burst pressure: 180 bar

Description
- Flexible tube for the reliable and sure use at the transportation of steam and hot water
- Application places are the chemical and petrichemical Industry, refineries, bulding and construction trades, market garden, heating up of tank car and other demanding industries
- Reinforcement: High-strength, temperature and hydrolysis resistant aramid
- By the high-strength special textile threads there is a considerably higher permanent temperature stability of the deposits than at conventional textile materials
- Meets the standards DIN EN ISO 6134
Tube
- EPDM, black, smooth, non-porous, resistant to abrasion and high temperature (Steam, Water, etc.)
- Resistant to Pop-Corning
Cover
- EPDM, antistatic (R < 10^6 Ω), resistant to abrasion, UV radiation, ozone and weather
Temperature resistance media
- Resistant to hot water up to + 120°C
- and steam up to + 164°C (Attention: too heated steam leads to a considerable shortening of the life time)
