Description
- Hygienic hose designed to assure utmost purity during transfer of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical products in aseptic areas
- Specifically engineered to combine the technical benefits of a PFA fluorpolymer resin with the elasticity and thermal resistance of silicone
- Fluorinated, ultra smooth, inner liner of new generation, built into a high purity structure
- High flexibility even under low or high temperature conditions
Tube
- PFA (Alcoxy Polymer), white, mirror-smooth, fully fluorinated
- Excellent flex-performance (in accordance with ASTM D 2176)
- Compliance: US Pharmacopeia Class IV, FDA standards and D.M. 21/03/73
Reinforcement
- Plies of high strength synthetic textile
- Embedded stainless steel helix wire (AISI 302)
- Built-in copper wires are available upon request
Cover
- Translucent silicone rubber (Silicone-3G3362TR), ultra smooth, non-toxic and glossy finish
- The cover can be easily washed with any cleaning products
- It does not generate any residuals in comparison with traditional cloth finish
- It offers the advantage of a low friction rate
Temperature resistance media
- From – 30°C up to + 150°C (depending on media)
- Sterilization with steam + 135°C, at 3.5 bar for maximum 30 minutes
Safety Factor
- > 3-times working pressure
